The approach of this project, which is developed through [teamwork], responds to the following needs. We are in an old textile factory, now in disuse, in Terrassa and to apply a program previously analyzed according to the needs of the neighborhood, we take as an [initiative] of the two ways course. One of them is based on demolishing all these industrial buildings that are close to the current Plaza del S.XXI, thus responding to the [urban] needs of creating a great green lung that enters into the action and connect with the Park of Vallparadís.

On the other hand, the industrial buildings that we maintain, we decide to intervene [rehabilitating] those buildings that for their use they will not adapt adequately. Finally the [structure], we decided to maintain the original as well as the façade and the different types of roof.
