The project responds to two demands that [teamwork] imposed from the beginning. The building is designed from the creation of a [metallic structure] in a type of social housing where the characteristic piece is the [prefabricated module] to be able to satisfy the great social demand of housing of the place and that there was a construction fast and superposition of pieces.

The communication of this project has two aspects. Resolving the project in a [section view] was one of the conditions imposed in the course to see the relationships that were established between public spaces. During the development of the project, we would have to use [axonometric views] to identify the volumes and to fit the existing topography as it had a lot of unevenness. The space that we generate between the different volumes, makes the creation of a large [urban square] that connects with the main axis of Santa Coloma de Gramenet.
